Contracts
Once we receive payment an email will be sent to the address provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding between us.
Price
The price payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. Shipping prices are charged separately and can be seen on each product page or at the checkout stage when you have chosen the country delivery address.
Payment
Payment takes place immediately after your order has been made. Payment options are: cash, credit, debit cards or bank transfer, without any deductions. From time to time our suppliers may increase prices, impose duties, tax charges or if we have made a typographical or there is a system error showing the incorrect price, we are entitled to amend the price. If this does happen we will inform you before your item has been shipped.
Foreign Taxes and Import Duties
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country, you must check with your local authorities to find out what charges are applicable.
Product
We have tried to get the actual colours of our products represented on the website but to be 100% accurate is almost impossible due to the configurations of the users’ screen. All goods are covered by 3 Year guarantee due to manufacturing faults. The goods will be repaired by us or replaced. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, any buttons or similar fixings, neglect, and misuse. If no fault is found or is believed to be due to fair wear and tear, the full cost of repair and shipping will be charged to the customer.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any monies already paid for them. Most manufactured to order items have a lead time of 10-14 weeks but please view individual products on the site for approximate lead times.
The total price you pay for the goods will be shown at the checkout. Onsuit PVT S.L. is entitled to adjust the advertised price to take account of any increase in our manufacturing costs or fluctuations in exchange rates, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, typographical error, error in pricing information from suppliers or website database error. Should Onsuit PVT S.L. have cause to adjust the price you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order before the despatch of the goods and notified as soon as possible.
All lead times are approximations and are subject to change.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order with us up to the end of the 3rd day from the date your order was placed (within 24 hours for express orders) , providing your items have not already been sent. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing to info@onsuit.com quoting your name and order reference number.
Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us.
Overseas Purchasing
Overseas buyers must obtain all necessary customs permits and pay any import duties if applicable to import products from our company. Customs policies differ from country to country, which may result in indirect customs related costs in addition to the directly related customs costs charged by the courier. Customers typically should contact their local customs office if more information is required about this. Onsuit PVT S.L. will have no control over applicable customs policies. You agree that you are the sole importer of the product(s) and are responsible for all import duties and taxes, and any related levies for the purchase of your product(s).
Liability
We or any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this website) and any of our officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence) , contract or otherwise in connection with this website in anyway or in connection with use, inability to use or the results of the use of this website, any websites linked to this website or material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing this website or your downloading of any material from this website or any websites linked to this website.
Warranty / Gurarantees
All our products are covered by a 3 year warranty starting from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship. Our warranty can be extended for a fee to a maximum total length of 5 years. These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water, heat or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, or theft, or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party, Guarantees may not be transferred.
Express Shipping Service
We aim to deliver products ordered with our EXPRESS Shipping option selected within 18-21 working days worldwide. Note this timeframe excludes any customs processing time, weekends, bank holidays and any transport delays beyond our control. Due to the annual Chinese New year holidays, any Express Shipping orders will be paused between the 18th January and 10th February.
